Trip Time: 3 hours
4:15pm @ Murwin Park. River is down. Lots of zooming big green and blue dragonflies. Saw
water spiders. Saw a turtle as large as my hand on a log in the water. Heard lots of
bird tweets. A pair of ducks took flight high above the branches and circled back.
Had to paddle back to find Hippo Rock. Slog through the mermaid grass and
duckweed. Found it covered with muck without a ripple?!?! Once we got to the Rock
it was and hour in a half trip.
5:45pm @ The Rock. Beautiful night lolly gagging!
7:15pm @ Docked. We stretched the trip out!
